Sustainable Grace gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise still in its original packaging purchased within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Eligible returns are for store credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a Sustainable Grace e-gift card
- No cash refunds will be issued
- Shipping is non-refundable
- We do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive your e-gift card via email.

We do our best to ensure your product arrives safely but if you received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will do our best to make it right.
Missing or Incorrect Item
Well shoot, we hate when mistakes happen, but we're only human. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Canceling an Order
We're so sorry you changed your mind but once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Sales & Discounted Items
Did you miss a sale? We hate when that happens too but due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions. We can however, assure you there will be more sales! Make sure you are signed up to our email list so you don't miss out!
